Goal Wing Consultants will release Goal Wing XL For Windows soon. Goal Wing Anywhere and Talients Card Game will be available for sale in the fall of 2024. Our Goal Wing software helps individuals prioritize their values, define goals, and align actions and events to their highest priority values. Using our Talients Card Game, families and friends learn some of our decision making ideas through a casual entertainment activity.
Goal Wing XL For Windows

Many people set goals occasionally and inconsistently, while few people set goals routinely all year long.
Why is that?
​
Goals anchor together multiple actions that aim to achieve a desired outcome such as winning football games or earning promotions. Significant goals often conflict with competing goals as well as community and environmental factors: i.e. customers stop buying your product, employees quit, injuries occur, a weather event damages your home, snow storms hinder travel, and purchase costs increase. Setting long-term goals is a waste of time if your goals affected by interference are not reviewed, revised and aligned to new conditions and changing priorities. Therefore, most individuals combine their ideas into temporary intentions rather than organize their goals and actions within documented plans that help them focus on their important tasks as well as track their successes, failures, and improvements over time.

Goal Wing XL allows users to set goals even when unplanned events interfere and force you to revise your priorities. Any goal is easily stored and changed. Revisions to each goal are recorded so you can view how your goals change over time. You can capture any results against any goal so you can review your improvement over months and years. You can also define your actions that align to each goal which can become formal plans with a schedule of events, expected revenues and costs. You can view the data as scheduled plans, financial budgets, variances to budgets, useful charts, and more.

Conveying how Goal Wing XL can work for each person is difficult within a few paragraphs. Our Client Types page describes some goal examples for four different users. Goal Wing Consultants will soon publish Goal Wing XL videos on our Goal Wing Consultants Youtube channel.

Goal Wing XL runs completely within an Excel workbook without requiring users to enter data into a worksheet cell or add function formulas. Instead, users enter data into our Goal Wing forms to save their goal and activity data into their workbook. To view any plans, results or schedules, users use one primary worksheet, six forms and two report worksheets. To deliver these great features, Goal Wing XL requires users to run a 64-bit version of Excel and Windows. We also recommend at least 8 GB of RAM.

Goal Wing Anywhere

Goal Wing Anywhere is currently in development to allow non-Windows devices to run Goal Wing Anywhere through a web-hosted session. This software version will be released in the fall of 2022.

Our Goal Wing Anywhere software is not a downloadable App that runs on non-Windows devices. Our software requires too much RAM memory which mobile devices do not have.
​
Goal Wing Consultants will create a lighter weight software App for mobile phone devices after our Goal Wing Anywhere and Goal Wing XL for Windows solutions are fully developed with the features currently planned.
Talients Card Game

Talients is a unique card game designed for players to compete against friends in a test of short-term memory, basic math, risk taking, vocabulary, and observation. All Talients cards represent a talent or relationship that players use to achieve a winning score; game decisions model real life decisions that people make daily although real life is a lot more complex. If users make good decisions in a game, some of the same strategies and ideas can translate into real life decisions since the game requires players to earn a great score from the talents and relationships you are dealt and acquire. Even when players lose, they learn powerful ideas and thinking skills which makes playing Talients a win-win game for every player.

The Card Game is designed to test player thinking skills against other people without all the complexity of real life. Our Goalwing XL software gives you a method to capture and use essential data to make good decisions in real life if you are ready to make those decisions.
